Martin® H1 Primary Cleaner HD
The Martin® H1 Primary Belt Cleaner HD is a robust, durable, and highly effective conveyor belt cleaning solution. Engineered with precision‑cast stainless steel components and abrasion‑resistant tungsten carbide tips, it delivers two to three times the wear life of conventional urethane blades, making it one of the most cost‑efficient cleaners available.
Martin® P2 & R2 Secondary Cleaners HD
The P2 Secondary Cleaner HD and R2 Secondary Cleaner HD are robust, durable, and highly effective belt cleaning systems. Precision‑cast stainless steel construction combined with abrasion‑resistant tungsten carbide tips ensures dependable performance while maintaining some of the most cost‑effective total ownership costs in belt cleaning.
The P2 Secondary Cleaner HD features individually cushioned tungsten carbide blades that maintain consistent cleaning pressure while deflecting to safely accommodate belt splices—protecting the belt, splice, and blades.
The R2 Secondary Cleaner HD is also designed for use on reversing belts and is well suited for applications with trippers and shuttles.
