Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of Martin Engineering solutions and industry best practices, Mike enjoys brainstorming ideas on projects and product implementation. While building relationships, Mike focuses on the details of meeting deadlines and maintaining schedules.
Josie Lopez
Josie provides exceptional service and support with a focus on international projects. Priding herself on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, Josie enjoys and excels at serving customers to the best of her ability. A couple of things Josie likes people to know are that she will help you meet the deadlines of different phases in your project and that she is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Jerad Heitzler
Jerad is passionate about providing customer-focused service and building strong relationships. Leading Martin Engineering's inside sales team, Jerad prides himself on having a deep understanding of solving common problems in the material handling industry and specifying the correct products/solutions. Given Jerad's vast experience conducting live training and leading webinars, he has the ability to effectively communicate and answer questions.

Bid Proposals
Upon receipt of an RFQ (request for quotation), our product manager reviews and provides a bill of material prioritized to meet your bid due date.
Contract Negotiation
Our project coordinators are skilled at contract review and negotiations along with filling contractual requirements to meet your deadlines.
Engineering Drawing Review
We will review your layout drawings to confirm equipment is shown in the correct location to ensure optimal performance.
3D Drawings
Upon receipt of a signed confidentiality agreement, we can provide 3D models to aid in your design work.
Equipment Specifications
We specialize in providing verbiage to help write product specifications.
